What we collect

To generate a report we collect your name, business email, company, website and optional phone number, together with the inputs you selected in the allocator (industry, budget, horizon, stage, priority and any cost-per-lead or close-rate values you enter).

Acceptance records

When you generate a report we also record the Terms of Use version you accepted, the date and time of acceptance, the report ID, the model version and the benchmark version and retrieval date. This record evidences the terms on which the report was provided.

How we use it

We use this information to generate your report, to respond to you about it, and to improve the model and our benchmark data. We may contact you about related services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the tool and communicate with you, and where required by law.

Retention

We retain report generation and acceptance records for as long as needed for the purposes described above, and as required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Canadian and US privacy law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent to marketing contact. Contact us to make a request.
